. We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time positions at MUSC Charleston – 1600 Midtown Avenue, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464. Online applications accepted only.

Location: MUSC Charleston – 1600 Midtown Avenue, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
Schedule: Full time and part time; days and hours may vary, second shift. No prior experience required.
Pay Range: $15.00–$16.50 per hour.

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move chairs, stools, and small equipment on wheels; relocate waste/linen/biohazardous bins and other items for proper cleaning and realign according to layout.
• Clean floors by sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other supplies.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Operate alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
