Maintenance Engineer - Embassy Suites Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant
Maintains the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public space, and key operational areas. Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and core areas for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention or require placing a room “out of order.”
