As a Shift Manager you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. You will lead crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Food Safety
• Internal Communication
• Inventory Management
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Managing Crew
• Quality Food Production
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Safety and Security
• Scheduling
• Training

Additional responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover, and helping departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are desirable.
