Manage and supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department (and Floral Department as assigned).;
Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the Produce and Floral departments.;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work.;
Assist in appraising performance; reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolving problems.;
Ensure compliance with Harris Teeters policies and applicable laws.
