Full Time | Hospitality & Entertainment Venue
Albatross Lounge, a premium golf simulator bar, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead daily operations, drive venue performance, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day venue operations
- Lead, roster, and develop the service team
- Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strong customer service standards and floor presence
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and liquor licensing requirements
- Support events, promotions, and revenue initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance of simulators, bar equipment, and facilities
- Proven experience in venue, bar, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Financial acumen including cost control and reporting
- Current WA RSA, Food Handling & Approved Manager a MUST
- Available to work evenings and weekends when required
