Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

My client in Greer, SC is seeking the following for ONSITE ONLY:

Project Manager responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure we have competitive and robust project technician resources.
• Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with teams including operations, sales, procurement and field teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
• Monitor project financial performance including margins, cost controls, and forecasting.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and leadership updates.
• Ensure project documentation, change management, and quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and resolve when appropriate.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• 4+ years of project management experience managing complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, margins, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication.
• Preferred IT Managed Services Background

Salary Range: $84,000 - $88,000 / year (+bonus potential)
