Job Description:
Popeyes
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations for our Popeyes restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operation of multiple Popeyes locations within a designated district.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
- Hire, train, and supervise store managers and other team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
- Work closely with franchise owners and corporate management to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement training programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and develop employees' skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
