• Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers:
  Perform all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets.
• Install tubes in heat exchangers, calculate tube reduction, execute tube rolling, prepare water boxes and attach to heat exchangers, perform ASME testing, follow drawing instructions and special specifications, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Standard Compressor Packages:
  Implement all operations in the manufacture of compressor packages to required specifications and budgets; perform mechanical assembly (non‑welding), conduct all required testing per drawing instructions and special specifications, prepare and paint standard product, assemble control panels, mount control panels and install wire harnesses, perform control panel checkout, and perform other duties as assigned.
• CNC Plasma Cutting Equipment and Quickmill Machining Center:
  Perform all operations to required specifications and budget; program machines as required; load raw materials; unload cut parts and deburr as necessary; perform routine daily maintenance; perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Certified vocational degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related assembly experience; vocational training or less acceptable.
• Basic math skills and comprehension of safety rules.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk on a concrete surface for periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• May be required to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

Typical base pay range at the start of employment is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. This range is not guaranteed; final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other factors. Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and/or equity awards may apply. The position is based in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
