Plant Managers – Automotive Manufacturing Leaders | Confidential Opportunities
I am currently supporting several leading automotive Tier 1 manufacturing organisations across Europe who are looking to connect with experienced Plant Managers and Site Directors
.
These opportunities are ideal for leaders who are passionate about driving operational excellence, developing teams, and transforming manufacturing performance.
We are looking to speak with leaders who have experience in:
- Full plant responsibility / P&L ownership
- Driving improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Productivity (SQDCP)
- Building strong operational cultures and developing future leaders
- Managing complex production environments, customer expectations, and transformation projects
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies
- Injection Moulding, Assembly, Stamping, Welding, Electronics, Seating, Interiors, Exteriors, Thermal Management, or similar manufacturing environments
- Experience supplying major OEMs
- Strong leadership capability with a hands-on approach
