Description

Our shipping clerks receive parts to print; stock them in preferred locations, pick parts from picklist and prepare them for shipment.

• Pick, pack, and prepare the product for shipment in an efficient manner ensuring that the correct quantity type of product is picked, packed, and prepared for shipment
• Pick parts ensuring the quantity and part match the order
• Prepare product for shipment by loading and sealing boxes
• Weigh boxes and prepare labels when necessary
• Load, Unload, Lift, Lower, and Stage pallets, tubs, and other products (palletized and non-palletized)
• Perform light quality control and report quality variances
• Input and Retrieve data to assigned bar code units
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass company lift truck certification
• Experience running a forklift is preferred
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must work well independently and in a team situation
• Must be quality and safety-oriented
• Must have high attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to compute basic mathematics
• Ability to ready, comprehend, follow and apply work instructions and procedures
• Accurate problem identification and solving skills are preferred

Manufacturing Environment:

• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods of time
• Wearing appropriate PPE and following safety procedures
• May require lifting, pushing, pulling of objects.
• Varying temperatures, depending upon season and machining
