Embroidery Specialist

Location: 462 Wando Park Blvd, Suite E, Charleston/Mt. Pleasant, SC

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating commercial embroidery machines, understands garment handling, and can maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced sports apparel environment.

• Operate commercial embroidery machines to customize soccer uniforms and team apparel
• Set up embroidery jobs including hooping, thread selection, and machine programming
• Review artwork and ensure proper logo placement, sizing, and stitch quality
• Perform quality checks on completed items before production completion
• Maintain embroidery equipment and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Organize production schedules to meet team and customer deadlines
• Work collaboratively with design, sales, and production staff

• High School diploma or GED required
• Embroidery experience required
• Experience with commercial embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar
• Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with embroidery software are a plus

• Knowledge of soccer apparel brands and teamwear
• Experience with digitizing embroidery files
• Apparel production or print shop experience
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
