Summary of Primary Functions:
Operates crane with high degree of concentration, placing members in exact locations while receiving directions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high quality products.
- Works in conjunction with crew in the assembly and disassembly of the crane at the job site.
- Performs routine maintenance on crane, such as aligning cable, check oil and fuel, wash viewing windows, etc.
- Lifts member off trailer and positions members in exact locations using a high degree of concentration while receiving constant directions from the lead person and rigger.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.
Job Specifications or
Qualifications:
- Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
Licenses by GC or Tindall to operate crane. - Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training. - Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. - The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
