The RN Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. This position is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff in providing exceptional resident care
- Coordinate daily clinical operations, staffing, and assignments
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care planning
- Monitor resident outcomes and implement improvements when needed
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Assist with staff coaching, performance management, and development
- Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Promote a positive and supportive team environment focused on quality care and patient safety
Required:
- Current and active RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience- preferable in a direct care setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Current BLS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Experience with EHR systems
- Leadership certifications such as CNML
- Leadership and team development
- Strong communication and conflict resolution
- Organization and critical thinking
- Compassionate resident-centered care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork
