We’re launching a new oncology service line and seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Manager to help build and lead a patient-centered program that delivers exceptional cancer care across the continuum. As the Oncology Nurse Director, you’ll serve as the central hub for patient care coordination, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care with confidence and continuity.

You will:

• Coordinate all clinical care within the oncology clinic to maximize:
  • Patient safety
  • Quality outcomes
  • Patient satisfaction
  • Staff engagement and satisfaction
• Utilize the nursing process:

• Lead and support:
  • EPIC In Basket communication
  • Order entry coordination

• Coordinate transitions across services including:
  • Medical Oncology
  • Radiation Oncology
  • Surgical Oncology
  • Chemotherapy and Infusion Services

Additional Job Description

• Previous oncology nursing experience preferred
• Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.

• Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state (required)
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required or must be obtained within designated timeframe)
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
