The Clinical Administrator is responsible for the operational leadership of a large, multi‑site Women’s Services practice, overseeing daily clinic operations, team performance, financial stewardship, and the delivery of a remarkable patient experience. This leader partners closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and administrative teams to drive operational excellence, support practice growth, and ensure consistent, high‑quality patient care across multiple locations.

This position supports approximately 15 physicians across four practice locations and provides leadership for a team of approximately 45 team members. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong presence throughout the practices.

Schedule & Work Environment

Candidates should expect to regularly rotate between four practice locations each week.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for multiple Women’s Services practice locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop approximately 45 team members while fostering an engaged, accountable, and patient‑centered culture.
  • Partner with physicians and organizational leadership to achieve operational, financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence by routinely visiting practice locations and supporting frontline operations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, budgets, revenue cycle processes, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and quality initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and implement process changes that enhance efficiency and patient experience.
  • Support provider onboarding, practice growth initiatives, and other strategic projects as assigned.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
  • Proven success leading and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Knowledge of physician practice operations, healthcare finance, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance.
