Required Qualifications:Advanced Practice Registered Nurse:
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum of 5 years of neonatal or pediatric inpatient experience, preferably in a Level I or II nursery
Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with attending neonatologists and pediatric providers
Perform procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and resuscitation as clinically indicated
Participate in delivery attendance and stabilization of high-risk newborns
Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and support family education
Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with care teams and families
Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
