Seaside Counseling and Wellness is a dedicated outpatient mental health group clinic, committed to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages across South Carolina. We are looking for a passionate and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.
Position OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity to join a private practice setting where you can build your own patient base with the flexibility of part-time hours, with potential growth into full-time. You will play a crucial role in delivering medication evaluations and management for children and adults, while enjoying clinical autonomy in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medication evaluations and manage medication regimens for children and adults.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medication management and mental health treatment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of South Carolina.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
- Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on medication management and psychiatric care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
