As a core member of the factory quality team, responsible for the comprehensive quality management of incoming materials, machining processes, and finished goods. Utilizing digital systems such as SAP and MES to manage quality data, implementing inspection standards, closing the loop on quality issues, and implementing risk prevention measures. Ensuring products comply with Electrolux internal specifications and North American industry and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with cross-departmental teams and suppliers to continuously improve manufacturing quality, reduce defect rates and quality costs, and ensure the successful achievement of factory quality targets.

Key Responsibilities /Duties
  • Responsible for practical training on inspection equipment for all categories of incoming materials, processes, self‑made parts, and finished goods, and for compiling and maintaining SOPs for testing equipment.
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the quality module in SAP and MES systems, and for reviewing quality data throughout the entire process from the entry of raw materials to the shipment of finished goods.
  • Compiling and revising quality procedures and documents, formulating inspection standards for incoming materials, leading the execution of incoming material inspections, and managing the closed‑loop handling of incoming material quality anomalies.
  • Continuously monitoring production process quality, formulating and implementing process control plans to achieve quality control throughout the entire production process.
  • Coordinate product compliance management, and support various supervision reviews and compliance checks according to North American industry requirements.
  • Lead major quality issue investigations, analyze quality data, identify potential quality risks, and proactively promote quality improvement efforts across all staff.
  • Manage the isolation, review, judgment, and entire process disposal of quality‑quarantined materials/batches.
  • Prepare and review incoming materials and finished goods inspection reports, and authorize the release of finished goods for shipment as per designated authority.
  • Assist in the completion of internal audits and customer and third‑party factory inspections.
  • Coordinate with overseas and domestic suppliers to collaboratively resolve on‑site quality issues and promote sustained quality improvement among suppliers.
  • Essential Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full‑time work experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in the application of quality data analysis methods, with excellent skills in data interpretation and trend analysis.
  • Skilled in the practical implementation and application of mainstream quality management tools.
  • Capable of independent analysis and problem‑solving, able to autonomously follow through and complete quality issue rectification loops.
  • Possesses strong capabilities in document writing, inspection report preparation, and review.
  • Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in operating SAP Quality Management modules and MES manufacturing execution systems.
  • Expert in the entire process of incoming material inspection, process control, and finished goods inspection.
  • Capable of independently preparing and reviewing inspection reports, and managing finished goods release.
  • Skilled in quality data statistical analysis, risk identification, and process control plan development.
  • Possesses the ability to manage the entire process of non‑conforming product disposal and control.
  • Excellent root cause analysis skills, capable of independently driving quality improvement project implementation.
  • Outstanding cross‑departmental communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous in work.
  • Possesses good supplier interfacing and external collaboration skills.
  • Possesses a proactive improvement mindset, strong resilience under pressure, and outstanding execution capability.
  • Preferred Qualifications – (Optional)
  • Familiarity with North American product safety and compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international quality management systems such as ISO and North American industrial quality standards is preferred.
