Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the scheduling and training of front of house staff, including hosts/hostesses, servers, bartenders, and other support staff.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, including the dining room, bar area, and restrooms.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for the front of house operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Experience in bartending and banquet service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems.
