• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service
• Work kitchen and service stations as needed
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
• Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• A people leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred)
• Tech‑friendly (Google Suite experience a plus)
• A passion for real food and making a real impact
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager’s certification after hire

• Full‑time leadership role
• Hands‑on work in a fast‑casual kitchen environment
• Involves lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, cooking, and bending
• Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts may be required
