Summary

As a Front of House Team Member and Server at Crush Yard, you will be the face of our guest experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Surrounded by a lively atmosphere of pickleball, arcade games, and great food, this role is key to creating the fun, welcoming environment that Crush Yard is known for.
As an Early Morning Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll work weekday shifts from 5:45 AM to 10:00 AM, helping open the facility and ensuring a smooth start to the day for our guests.

• Opening the store (5:45 AM) and ensure that all morning procedures are done daily.
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.
• Check guests in to their reservations and give them an exceptional experience.
• Take customer orders (merchandise, pass‑holder, court rentals, and other purchases) accurately and efficiently using GoTab.
• Assisting pass‑holders + guests during open play with any questions they may have.
• Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, bathrooms, and arcade.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of how pickleball is played.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Being comfortable with working from 5:45 AM‑10 AM independently 4+ days a week.
