Assist in supervising up to 10 dairy/frozen department associates and support the Department Manager with direction and evaluation.;
Interviewing and training associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.;
Process and stock products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards; maintain clean work areas; unload stock and reload salvage; provide customer service.;
Enforce company policies and safety procedures; ensure compliance with training requirements.
