This is an evergreen requisition used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings, but the posting for a Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time at Store 1605 – Shoppes at Richland – maurices‑Aiken, SC 29801 remains open year‑round. The Assistant Store Manager will supervise a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will develop leadership skills, guide the customer experience, and help achieve team sales goals. As a key holder, you will execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), including opening and closing the store.

• 1 year of customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Regular/Full time
