What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the team during your shift, keeping energy high and operations running smoothly
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a friendly, upbeat atmosphere
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery
• Train and coach team members to ensure consistency and quality
• Jump in wherever needed—from helping guests at the counter to keeping the bakery display looking perfect

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to take initiative
• Previous retail, food service, or leadership experience is a plus (but not required)
• A team player who loves creating a great experience for others
