Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team member execution on customer service programs.;
Assist the store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.;
Assist in hiring processes including interviewing and candidate evaluation.;
Process and communicate shipments, transfers, and special orders in a timely manner.;
Ensure returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing are handled efficiently and accurately.;
Ensure compliance with company policies, including scheduling, timekeeping, and security procedures.;
Carry out opening/closing duties, bank deposits, and security checks.
