Experienced Residential Roofing Sales Representative (W2) – Charleston, SC

Roof Serv is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing our success from Atlanta (1,000+ roofs installed annually) to the greater Charleston market. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a career with market-leading commissions, sales support and full benefits.

• Generate and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, supported by company leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and present professional proposals to homeowners.
• Educate customers on products, installation processes, warranties, and insurance claim support.
• Close deals and work with our production team for fulfilment.
• Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism in the Charleston market.

• Roofing sales experience required
• Roofing installation experience a plus, but not required.
• Grit, hunger, and a true “eat what you kill” mentality.
• A customer-first mentality at all times - we serve our neighbors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, clean-cut, disciplined, and coachable.
• Valid driver’s license and serviceable pickup truck.
