NOW HIRING for a Business Development Representative for a Restoration company in York County.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a growing team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and representing our company throughout the local community.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys networking, developing long-term partnerships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, real estate professionals, and other industry partners.
• Promote restoration services, including water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and emergency response.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and networking activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Respond promptly to leads and coordinate with operations teams to support clients and referral partners.
• Represent the company at community events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and networking groups.
• Track sales activities, contacts, and results using CRM and reporting tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based marketing.
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Rock Hill and York County area.
