Inside Sales​/Counter Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and has experience in sales, distribution, or the low-voltage / electrical / telecom industry.

• Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations at the sales counter
• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and quote requests
• Generate and follow up on sales quotes to close business
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

• Prior inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in electrical, low-voltage, security, or telecom products is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and order entry systems
