We build marine-grade aluminum outdoor kitchens for homeowners who want something permanent, not something they replace in 5 years.

This is a high-consideration, high-ticket purchase. Customers research. They compare. They book a consultation before they ever see a price. We win by earning trust and putting a design in front of them that looks like the backyard they’ve been picturing.

We’re in growth mode with more advertising behind us next year. The product is strong. The leads are coming. Now we need a 4th person to close them.

You’ll run design consultations with homeowners and own the customer from the first call to the day the truck shows up.

You’ll report to the President, who runs his own deals and sits in the same room. No sales manager layer in between.

This is a closing role. Not a cold calling role, and not an order-taking role.

• Run consultations with homeowners on inbound leads
• Build the design and the pricing yourself in our tools. We’ll teach you both
• Work every deal to a yes or a no, usually over several conversations
• Keep your pipeline current so anyone can see where a deal stands
• Stay with your customer through production, freight, and delivery

• You’ve sold something expensive to the person paying for it, where they had to think about it and decide they trusted you
• People come back to you. You call when you said you would
• You can carry 30 open deals without anyone chasing you for updates
• You’ve got some taste. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should care whether what you put in front of somebody looks good

• You need a script and a call list handed to you
• You want to close and hand the customer off
• You’d rather have a big base than a big commission check

• Base salary plus commission on every project you sell
• Ramp period while you’re getting up to speed
• A solid first year is around $100,000, and the commission rate goes up as you produce
