Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment within the healthcare location.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed, providing assistance and information related to security-related matters.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in a thorough and timely manner according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must provide proof of required vaccines for hospital assignments.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
