Charleston, SC | W-2 Full Time | 7am–3pm (Some Saturdays)

This is a structured growth position with defined skill levels and pay increases based on performance.

• W-2 employee (steady paycheck)
• Competitive hourly pay ($17–$24 based on experience)
• Clear promotion path (Apprentice → Installer → Head Installer → Supervisor)
• Opportunity to earn % of truck revenue after 9–12 months
• OSHA training provided

• Install seamless gutters & downspouts
• Operate gutter machine
• Work safely at heights
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Represent the company professionally

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Pass background check
• Comfortable with ladders/heights is a must
• Construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude
