Brookside Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Slates at Powdersville in Piedmont, SC. You will perform apartment repairs, prepare units for move-in, and maintain building systems, amenities, and grounds.
You will respond to service requests and after-hours calls, manage inventory, and ensure OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing compliance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior maintenance experience, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and preferred CPO
