Field Service Technician II – Aviation Interiors. Work on real aircraft. Solve real problems. Be the reason the cabin looks right when the door closes.

The role

You’ll be hands‑on inside aircraft cabins at the build and delivery stage—fixing installation issues, reworking seat systems, troubleshooting electronics, and ensuring every interior meets spec before it flies. You’ll work directly with airframe and airline teams on the floor, the flight line, and in the hangar.

What you’ll actually be doing
  • Resolve pick‑up items and rework issues during aircraft build and delivery
  • Troubleshoot and replace faulty electronic components and damaged parts
  • Adjust panels, trim components, and support seat installation teams
  • Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with airframe and airline personnel
  • Submit parts requests and navigate POA/SOA processes
  • Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Leads to keep build quality high
  • Attend daily stand‑ups and complete required safety and flight line training
What you bring
  • 2+ years of field service experience focused on troubleshooting and repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read CMMs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces: under‑seat, sidewall, overhead
  • Cool under pressure—fast‑paced environments don’t rattle you
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
  • High school diploma required; technical associate’s degree a plus
Nice to have
  • Hands‑on electrical troubleshooting (voltage and continuity testing)
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prior airframe facility badge or familiarity with flight line protocols
