HVAC Service Technician: Residential service and maintenance
$8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience + Spiffs
Hours: Monday through Friday with available overtime
What You'll Be Doing:- Servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs and replacements.
- Staying sharp with ongoing training and certification opportunities.
- Taking advantage of overtime availability for additional earnings.
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification and knowledge of Superheat and Subcooling.
- Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions.
- Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
