A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Maintenance Tech. The Maintenance Tech would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Maintenance Tech Compensation

• Pay rate: $22.50
• Work Schedule:
  
  8pm-8am, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, optimize, changeover/troubleshoot, and maintain departmental production equipment.
• Meet/exceed production standards while maintaining product quality.
• Minimize/prevent equipment downtime and manage budgeted waste levels.
• Repair and maintain equipment logs, recording downtime and maintenance problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance as specified in the plant's PM program.
• Start up equipment and ensure proper functioning while monitoring component inventories.
• Document all required Q.C. checks and address in-process quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Work Schedule:
  
  8pm-8am, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
• Training on day shift for a minimum of six weeks before transitioning to night shift.
• Candidates must be able to work overtime when requested due to business needs.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Minimum of two years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic pneumatics, electrical, electronic, and hydraulics.
