Pest Control Technician​/Christmas light installer

Overview

Lead Pest Control Technician role focused on guiding and inspiring our field team to deliver high-quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold core values:

Schedule:

Full-Time Position with consistent and predictable scheduling. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Schedule is communicated in advance to support personal commitments.

• Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
• Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
• Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
• Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
• Communicate with customers to ensure they are informed, satisfied, and loyal
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
• Maintain clean and organized equipment
• Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
• Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, Door Dash, Amazon, etc.)
• A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
