- Coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure smooth and efficient trucking operations.
- Track and maintain delivery records, schedules, and shipment documentation.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries and resolve routine issues.
- Review and organize daily transportation records and other operational documentation.
- Assist in preparing transportation-related documents such as delivery notes, driver logs, and internal checklists.
- Monitor vehicle availability and report maintenance or scheduling needs to management.
- Help improve daily operational procedures by identifying simple ways to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.
- Must have 2 years of experience in operations management, business administration, logistics coordination, or a related field.
