We are hiring for a Distribution Attendant at the Distribution Center in Piedmont. At Padagis our focus is on health care products that improve people’s lives. - Prepare Customer Orders for Shipping (picking, packing, staging; performing RF functions; preparing required and correct paperwork)
- Receiving / locating stock; load trucks; unload shipments according to SOP
- Stock placement
- Warehouse maintenance
- Other miscellaneous duties as required by Distribution Center Manager or lead person
- Stay up to date on all required training and SOPs
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid SC Driver’s License; must have own transportation
- Forklift licensed; experienced driving stand-up forklift
- Warehouse shipping/receiving experience, minimum 1 year
- Working knowledge of SAP system;
Console RF system helpful - Ability to operate material handling equipment including pallet jack, forklift and/or order picker
- Good math and writing skills; self-starter and motivated
- Able to perform heavy lifting and material handling
- Walking/standing 8–12 hours a day
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Candidates must have effective use of all four limbs
- Must have good eye, hand and feet coordination
- Must have corrected vision that meets the same requirements as those for a valid state driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (product weight varies)
