Position: BILLING SUPERVISOR TX CARRIERS

Overview

Position Overview:

The Billing Supervisor will perform the billing department’s daily operations. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, resolves billing discrepancies while meeting deadlines with both invoicing and weekly reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of matters related to billing processing such as verifying rates, charges and customer agreements.
  • Prepare, review and distribute customer invoices in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate and follow up with internal operations to gather final billing details.
  • Prepare weekly reports on operational performance.
  • Utilize billing software and systems to manage accurate data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and billing transactions.
  • Ad-Hoc projects as required by management.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
