Stephenson Dirt Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Construction Estimator / Project Manager to lead the financial planning and execution of civil construction projects. In this dual‑role position, you will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, coordinating bidding processes, and managing project execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a background in civil construction, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

• Prepare detailed estimates and schedules for civil construction projects.
• Lead bidding processes, including subcontractor negotiations and vendor pricing.
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify conformance with estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and stakeholders.
• Track financial performance and report on budget variances and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Must have 5+ years of experience in civil estimating and project management.
• Proficient in construction estimating and project management software.
• Strong analytical and cost forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
