Customer Accounts Advisor
The salary range for this role is $12.75 to $13.50 per hour or annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors coach customers by managing payment collections, lease agreement renewals, and ensuring full satisfaction with the product. Advisors build relationships with customers both over the phone and face‑to‑face, guiding them toward ownership.

- Maintain and update customer accounts, including documenting all payment appointments.
- Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements via home visits or phone calls.
- Explain the benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
- Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all personally returned items.
- Maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
- Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle.
- Operate company vehicle safely.
- Support the Sales Team as needed.
- Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
- At least 21 years old in the United States with a valid driver’s license and compliance with the company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR; or at least 18 years old in Canada.
- Meet DOT requirements for certification in required states (U.S.).
- Available to work a schedule ranging from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
- Preferred: two years of retail/customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy and ability to multitask effectively across store functions.
- Proper telephone etiquette.

- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Proficient computer skills.
