Harts Bluff ISD is seeking motivated and dependable substitute employees to serve across all 3 campuses. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine love for working with children and are committed to supporting student success in a positive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication skills while working with students and staff.

• High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum of 12 college hours.
• Employee must pay a non‑refundable fee of approximately $45.70 and have a satisfactory outcome of a fingerprinting background check.

• Withstand demands of working with students and faculty.

• Two letters of character reference
• Copy of your college transcripts
