Terminal Manager

Shift Time:
Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Hours may change depending on task completion and driver or customer needs)

The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator supports logistics and transportation functions by managing customer communication, entering weekly billing, entering weekly driver payroll, and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Maintain payroll and billing documents and submit them weekly
• Working in TMW to ensure trips are completed correctly

• Support logistics and operations teams with various tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
