Concho Hearts Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice Aide to support patients and families will perform prescribed treatments, assist with daily living, and communicate changes to the care team.
Requirements include a High School Diploma (preferred) with state-approved training or CNA/Nurse Aide background, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience. Travel will be involved to patient's homes and care settings.
