Maintenance Technician (Hourly) - Pilgrim's
Location:
Mount Pleasant, Texas
Schedule:
Must be able to work assigned days/shifts, including some weekends
Compensation: $20.25 - $33.00+/hr based on experience

At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition - the safety of our team members comes first, always. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the reliability, performance, and safety of our production equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components
* Identify parts or machines needing repair or replacement
* Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments accurately
* Interpret equipment drawings to properly adjust, maintain, or repair machinery
* Respond promptly to production requests when mechanical issues arise
* Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems
* Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, managing both time and resources effectively
Educational Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* Maintenance experience required
Basic
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
* General math skills required to perform job duties
* Ability to read and interpret documents, drawings, and schematics
* Basic knowledge of standard and metric measurements
* Must be able to work assigned shifts, including some weekends
