• Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.
• Calibrating spray equipment to ensure proper application.
• Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using a paint gun.
• Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects hardware, trim, and other non-painted surfaces.
• Perform inspections of finished paint job.
• Maintains a clean work area by proper storage and disposal of paint products.
• To remove rust, scale, dirt, debris, grease and other contaminants on the surface of the metal of the trailers
• To blast the entirety of the trailers A and B surfaces to a light gray color and to a blast profile of 1.5 mm before they exit the blasting area
• To blast certain C surfaces on certain models of trailers

• Prolonged periods of standing and painting, while wearing a hazmat suit.
• Frequent exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold and airborne particles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish among colors.
