Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Night Shift 09/21/2026 to 12/21/2026. This position involves providing comprehensive emergency nursing care in a high-volume, fast-paced ER setting. The ER handles a variety of cases including trauma, stroke, STEMI, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric patients, with a 24/7 cath lab operational. The role requires independent clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a dynamic environment.

• Schedule:
  
  Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred; 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred;
  Licenses, registrations, or certifications include BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS (AHA only), TNCC, and valid license in the state of TX or a compact license
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience working in an Emergency Room setting
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  The ER manages high acuity cases including stroke, STEMI, MVC traumas, psychiatric, and geriatric populations, as well as pediatric patients, in a 16-bed unit with a trauma bay and fast-track beds. The department operates 24/7, including a cath lab for cardiac emergencies. The role involves independent practice, acute patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with other care providers.
