Pilgrim’s is launching a 12 to 18-month Quality Assurance Manager in Training (QMIT) program at a Texas facility, designed to groom future QA management through hands-on experience in food safety and quality control.
Participants work with the QA Manager and team to learn data analysis, process improvement, and compliance, with the goal of assuming independent leadership as a Pilgrim’s Complex QA Manager upon completion. Relocation is required and travel is limited.
