• Coordinate participant trips, including arranging transportation, meals, activities, and visits to transfer institutions.
• Coordinate the annual transfer fair and work closely with participants to identify appropriate career pathways and transfer institutions.
• Organize workshops and activities to support student retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, Student Services, or a related field required.
• At least one year of relevant customer service experience required; preferred: at least one year of relevant experience.
• Must reside in the designated campus residence dorms and serve as a resource, mentor, and support person for participating students.
• Proficiency with technology, excellent organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
