Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a General Services Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our office and manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. This self‑sufficient, highly organized candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient working environment, and will be responsible for managing office resources, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting staff to enhance productivity and workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of products and supplies for various functions including breakrooms, conference rooms, office and janitorial supplies, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team‑building activities.
  • Order, arrange pickup/delivery of, and set up refreshments and meals as requested.
  • Sort and deliver mail, prepare outgoing mail, pick‑up and sign for certified mail/parcels as needed.
  • Maintain an inviting office environment, including watering plants, setting up/tearing down holiday décor, setting up event booths, rearranging furniture, etc.
  • Manage corporate housing by keeping all rental units in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, handling the turnover of occupants, creating welcome packages for new occupants, etc.
  • Run errands and make deliveries around the office or to external vendors and provide general information to staff or clients.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Work on special projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Driver License Required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
